    A not for mine
    they only have capital punishment in some states but in those states it is legal to do that too kids depending on the crime like murder of more than one person. One of the most known states still using capital punishment is Texas.

    You guys are right but i also feel that a good age should have been 16-18 instead of 15. 15 is way to young to be punished as an adult. I think 16 is a bit more reasonable.

    I think our bill should say something about what other punishments rather than adult punishment and capital punishment

    Karin i think you are right. We do need to find out what is considered a juvenile. I think that is what they already consider a juvenile though.

    This is kind of confusing me everyone changing the law. It is Bailey and maeve's shorter one though right? It sounds good though and it includes a lot of the detail we have in our longer paragraph
