    القبس:مع اعلان الحکومة العراقیة عن توقیعها عقدین لشراء 50 طائرة من شرکتی بوینغ الأمیرکیة وبومباردو الکندیة بقیمة اجمالیة مقدارها خمسة ملیارات دولار، یکون العراق قد أغلق ملف الطائرات العراقیة الذی بقی مفتوحا سنوات مع عدد من الدول العربیة وغیر العربیة، وعلى رأسها الأردن الذی خاض مفاوضات شاقة على مدى سنوات مع الحکومة العراقیة بشأنه. وکانت حکومة المالکی قد ورثت الملف عن الحکومات السابقة، فأزمة الطائرات بین الأردن والعراق تعود الى عهد النظام العراقی السابق. الخلاف الطویل المشار الیه کان حول الطائرات العراقیة التی بقیت جاثمة على أرض مطار الملکة علیاء الدولی، منذ الحرب التی شنتها دول التحالف الغربی على العراق لاخراج قواته من الکویت التی کان قد اجتاحها فی صیف 1990. وشملت الخلافات بین الجانبین رسوم الأرضیات مقابل بقاء الطائرات العراقیة فی المطار الدولی الرئیسی فی المملکة طوال سبعة عشر عاما، التی تراکمت حتى ناهزت 6،5 ملایین دولار. وقد دأب الأردن على مطالبة الحکومات العراقیة التی تعاقبت على حکم العراق بعد انهیار النظام السابق، بدفعها، وهو ما رفضه العراق الذی أعلن أنه کان ینتظر من المسؤولین الأردنیین صیانة الطائرات الجاثمة على أرض مطاره. وکان رد الأردن أن تکالیف صیانة الطائرة الواحدة

    تنفذ أمانة بغداد خط ماء خام جديد يبدأ من محطة خام الزعفرانية الى الخط الناقل الممتد من محطة (أبونؤاس) الى شرق دجلة بتمويل من مجلس محافظة بغداد وبكلفة مليار و(756) مليون دينار عراقي . وذكر المكتب الإعلامي لأمانة بغداد ان الخط الجديد الذي تنفذه الشركة العامة لتنفيذ مشاريع الماء احدى تشكيلات أمانة بغداد يبلغ طوله قرابة (7900) م ويتراوح قطره بين (1200_1400) ملم وهو أحد المشاريع المهمة في العاصمة في مجال قطاع الماء ويمول من قبل مجلس محافظة بغداد (هيئة خدمات بغداد ولجنة الماء) . وأضاف المكتب ان هذا المشروع يخدم مناطق جانب الرصافة لاسيما تلك التي تقع شرق قناة الجيش وتحديداً مناطق (الصدر ،الكمالية ،الفضيلية ،الشعب ،حي الأمين ) والمناطق التي تقع خلف السدة ويقوم بتغذية مجمعات تصفية المياه لمعالجة الشحة في الماء الصالح للشرب الواصل الى منازل سكان هذه المناطق التي تتغذى من هذه المجمعات . وأوضح المكتب ان هذا المشروع جزء من حزمة مشاريع تنفذها الأمانة في جانب الرصافة ومنها تنفيذ مجمعات وخزانات للماء الصافي وتجديد ومد شبكات جديدة للمناطق غير المخدومة والإفرازات الحديثة بهدف زيادة كميات الماء المنتج وتحسين نوعيته بما يتطابق والمواصفات العالمية للقضاء على الشحة التي تعانيها بعض مناطق العاصمة بغداد .

    أعلن وزير الدولة للسياحة والآثار وكالة محمد العريبي في حديث لـ"راديو سوا" نية وزارته في إعادة افتتاح المتحف الوطني العراقي، مضيفا أن المتحف سيفتح أبوابه في غضون الشهرين المقبلين بعد إعادة نحو 6000 قطعة أثرية سرقت منه. وقد أعلنت وزارة الدولة للسياحة والآثار الأربعاء استرداد 129 قطعة أثرية من محافظة البصرة تعود للعصر الأسلامي ومدد متأخرة من العصر العباسي جرى عرضها في قاعة دائرة الأثار في بغداد. وفي المقابل، أوضح مفتش آثار البصرة محمد خيون ناجي لـ"راديو سوا" أن مصادر الحصول على هذه الأثار تنوع بين عدد من المواطنين ومخازن آثار البصرة، فضلا عن جرار أثرية عثر عليها نتيجة عمليات تنقيب سابقة. وكانت وزارة الدولة للسياحة والأثار قد تسلمت قبل أسبوعين أكثر من 700 قطعة أثرية من الحكومة السورية بعد تهريبها لغرض بيعها هناك و463 قطعة من محافظة ذي قار. وما زال العديد من الأثار العراقية كالتماثيل السومرية ذات الكتابة المسمارية والأختام الأسطوانية يجهل مصيرها إثر تعرضها للسلب بعد سقوط النظام السابق.

    احتفل الحرفيون وأصحاب المهن الشعبية في بغداد بالمهرجان الأول للتراث الشعبي الذي اُقيم بعد أحداث 2003 في معهد التراث الشعبي ببغداد الأربعاء، وقد لاقى إقبالا كبيرا من الفنانين التشكيليين والشعبيين. معاون المدير العام لدائرة الفنون في وزارة الثقافة رياض الهنداوي أكد لـ "راديو سوا" أن إقامة المهرجانات تشكل خطوة مهمة بعد توقفها لمدة طويلة بسبب الأوضاع الأمنية، وأضاف الهنداوي قائلاً: "نحن الآن بصدد إعداد متحف للتراث الشعبي وخاصة في منطقة الوسط والجنوب حيث لم يبق إلا القليل، والمتحف الذي يعود لدائرة الفنون الشعبية لن يمثل حقيقة التراث الشعبي في الوقت الحاضر، لذا يجب علينا أن نسعى إلى أن نستقطب الحرفيين ونقتني المواد التراثية الحرفية ونعيدها إلى المتحف لتبقى ذاكرة للأجيال". البسط بألوانها الحمراء الدافئة أظهرت مناطق ومشارب مختلفة من المحافظات العراقية ومثلت رموزا جميلة من فن الغزل الذي عرف بجودته في العراق. وحيدر الزبيدي أحد المشاركين بأكثر من مائة قطعة من السجاد والبسط الشعبية أكد أن لكل مدينة نكهتها في صناعة السجاد اليدوي وأوضح لـ "راديو سوا": "هناك أنواع من مدن الشنافية ومن السماوة ومن الحلة، أما السماوة فيطرز يدويا. أما الشنافية فيحاك ويسمى الحايج من نفس الصوف والعمل اليدوي و

    شهد مستشفى الزهراء للولادة والأطفال في النجف تطورا ملحوظا في الخدمات الطبية طبقاً لمراسل "راديو سوا" محمد جاسم الذي زار المستشفى بعد عامين من آخر زيارة له كشف حينها في تقرير بثه ضمن حلقة برنامج "في صلب الموضوع" عن اخفاقات وسلبيات كانت تعصف بالمستشفى حينذاك. ويقول مراسل "راديو سوا" إنه أصيب بالدهشة لما شهده من تحول كبير في أداء المستشفى والعاملين فيه حتى أصبح من أحد المعالم الحضارية للمدينة بجمعه بين أحدث ما توصلت إليه تكنولوجيا الأجهزة الطبية ورقي الخدمات العلاجية والخدمات المساندة والانضباط الوظيفي. ونقل مراسل "راديو سوا" عن مدير المستشفى الدكتور رائد محمد رضا قوله: "منظومات المياه المعقمة والباردة والساخنة، ومنظومات المجاري والتبريد والتدفئة والأوكسجين، ومنظومات الاستدعاء الداخلي والحريق والإلكترونك والتلفزيون وشبكة الانترنت، كل هذه أعيد تأهيلها وتنصيبها، ووحدات الخدج المنزلي والمعقم، وقاعات العمليات والمختبرات جُهزت بأجهزة حديثة ومتطورة ساعدت في رفع المستوى العلاجي ومستوى الخدمات المقدمة". وحصل مستشفى الزهراء للأطفال والولادة في النجف على المركز الأول في مجال التأهيل الغذائي في العراق لهذا العام، كما أنه حقق أدنى معدل لوفيات الأطفال وأدنى معدل لمدة مكوث المرضى، مم
