It however, should be clearly known that Islam as a religion calls for peace and good treatment to all humans, irrespective of their religion, ethnicity or sex. Mercy and compassion must be practised by a Muslim. And the well-know narrative or Hadith of prophet of Islam Muhammed (pbh) say that Give mercy to anything in this earth so that Allah (God) should give mercy to you. Any act that transgress or contradict these Islamic foundations must not be interpreted as being Islamic. However, Islam is being misused by those Al Qaida or Taliban terrorists so as to recruit more followers for their criminal agenda. At the tip of this pyramid sits the Wahhabi sect or so-called Wahhabism. Wahhabism is the official religious sect of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia finance, patronize and guide the Wahhabi movement. They claim that it is the pure Islam. But in fact there have been written tens of books and hundreds of essays that refute the argument that Wahhabism proceeds from Islamic principles. These books has been written by Islamic authorities from both schools of Islam, mainly Sunni and Shia. Many reports and evidence indicate the Saudi Arabia, and especially the Royal family is directly involved in performing massacres against Muslim Shia in Iraq as well as Christians. Therefore, we call for condemning the Wahhabism as a terrorist movement against humanity in the same way as done before to Nazism and Fascism. كشفت مصادر مقربة من وزارة العدل إن الحكومة العراقية ستقيم غدا الجمعة دعوى على الأمم المتحدة في محكمة أمريكية بشأن برنامج النفط مقابل الغذاء الذي طبق نهاية عام 1996 وأثيرت حوله اتهامات بالفساد وتبديد أموال العراق. وذكرت المصادر إن مؤسسة محاماة أمريكية في ولاية تكساس الأمريكية ستتولى إقامة الدعوى لصالح الحكومة العراقية في محكمة الدولة في نيويورك. وبينت المصادر أن الموعد النهائي لرفع القضية ينتهي قبيل نهاية شهر حزيران يوينو الجاري، مبينة أنه لا مجال لرفع الدعوى بعد ذلك للتقادم. وبحسب الموقع الرسمي للأمم المتحدة فإن مجلس الأمن أنشأ برنامج النفط مقابل الغذاء في 14 نيسان أبريل 1995. وتم بموجب البرنامج تصدير ما يقرب من 3.4 بلايين برميل من النفط العراقي بقيمة تبلغ حوالي 65 بليون دولار في الفترة ما بين كانون الأول ديسمبر 1996 و20 آذار مارس 2003. وبعد كانون الأول ديسمبر 2000، خُصص من مجموع هذا المبلغ نسبة 72% لسد الاحتياجات الإنسانية في جميع أنحاء البلد. وخُصص الرصيد للأغراض التالية: تقديم تعويضات عن حرب الخليج عن طريق صندوق للتعويضات (25 % منذ كانون الأول ديسمبر 2000)؛ وتسديد التكاليف التي تكبدتها الأمم المتحدة لإدارة البرنامج وتنفيذه (42.2 %)؛ وتسديد تكاليف برنامج التفتيش عن الأسلحة (0.8 %). وبموجب برنامج الن�

وقال البنك في بيان انه "بناءً على ما اشره الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك في شهر مايس 2008 من انخفاض،حيث سجل مؤشر التضخم السنوي الاساس معدلا قدره 14.7 % مقارنة بمستواه البالغ 15.9% سنويا والمسجل في شهر نيسان 2008، فأن البنك المركزي العراقي، وفي ضوء التطور الايجابي الحاصل في المستوى العام للأسعار، يعلن عن تخفيض معدل الفائدة لديه، ليصبح 16% سنويا بدلا من 17%، وذلك ابتداءً من الاول من تموز 2008". واضاف "ان هذا الانخفاض في معدل الفائدة سينعكس في الاحوال كافة على تكييف معدلات الايداع والاقراض لدى البنك المركزي العراقي والتي سيجري تعديلها وفقاً للانخفاض في معدل فائدة السياسة النقدية المشار اليه انفاً". واوضح البنك بأن التخفيض المنوه عنه في اعلاه هو التخفيض الثالث الذي طال معدلات الفائدة خلال العام الحالي وان مثل هذه التخفيضات قد جاءت استناداً الى إستراتيجية البنك المركزي في استخدام اداة سعر الفائدة في مواجهة الظروف التضخمية والصدمات الاسمية والحقيقية غير المواتية التي شهدتها البلاد بين عامي 2006-2007 ، حيث عمدت السياسة النقدية في حينها الى اتخاذ سلسلة خطوات لمواجهة الاختلالات السعرية الحادة ، ارتفعت بموجبها معدلات الفائدة لدى البنك المركزي العراقي لتبلغ اقصاها بنسبة 20% سنويا في مطلع العام 2007" . وخلص البيا�
