It was also reported that the yen fell against the dollar. The economy of England reported inflation which indicated that the central bank would raise the interest rates. The Japanese economy showed an annualized rate of 6.8 percent during the second quarter of the year.

Baqer al Zubaidi proposed the fact of the President of the House of Representatives for the budget of 2014 to save the Iraqi Budget. It was reported that the budget was delayed for approval initially. It was supposed to be considered as a budget in full but it was expected that a new budget would be prepared.

The senior economist of Iraq Said Khayat criticized the members of parliament for not approving annual budget of Iraq. He said most of the people in Iraq are suffering from different problems due to delay in annual budget but parliament is silent on this big issue. He said international companies operating in Iraq need funds to keep their business operations live.
