United States of America sent a delegation to the Kurdistan to discuss the things to resolve the issue between Kurdistan and Iraq. The oil dispute between both of the regions is the major cause for non approval of the annual budget of Iraq.

The major difference between Baghdad and Erbil is the disputed oil policy for Kurdistan. Baghdad wants Kurdistan to export 400,000 barrel oil per day through Baghdad pipelines. Kurdistan considers this oil policy against their economy and ready to export just 100,000 barrels through Baghdad.

It was seen that the people who wanted to solve the different problems that Iraq was facing, were actually the one who were faithful to Iraq. There were several people who liked the basic issues regarding the foreign oil companies. The problems that were faced by the different oil companies were equal to the big investing issues that were faced by Iraq in every other situation.

The budget not appearing causes a lot of trouble for the different people not matter what country it is and for a struggling country like Iraq; it is a big thing. The cabinet decided to cut down on some expenses but it is not easy because it is important to spend money especially in the pumping of oil. The issues have risen within the country itself due to the budget and the Kurdistan region is quite disturbed.

It is not too much timing taking job because both of regions want to negotiate and want to resolve this issue. Therefore they are ready to finish the deadlock. Kurdistan knows that approval of budget is so crucial for both of the regions this is pending approval due to boycotted of Kurdistan of every budgetary meeting in Iraq.

The oil conflict between Iraq and Kurdistan has reached at a serious stage where both of the regions have taken stand on their own conditions to resolve this matter. Kurdistan decided to boycott all parliamentary sessions and meetings for discussions and approval of the annual budget of Iraq, until new rules and regulations for oil and gas.

The BGG in its latest news post announced that revaluation can happen before general elections of Iraq. The revaluation will not be effected by any of the change in the government as it is national issue. Every government will have to resolve this issue for national interest.

Iraq is already passing through a difficult economic situation and in this situation this irregularity is unbearable. The issue between Erbil and Baghdad need to be resolved unless it is too late. The integration of present budget with the next one is never favorable the country and its economy.

The tension between government of Iraq and Erbil is on hype these days. Every Iraqi wants the tension between Baghdad and Erbil need to resolve for the betterment of country and for the value of Iraqi dinar. The Adam an Iraqi wished that government need to close the difference with Kurdistan to develop the country mutually. He said that there should be a middle ground that would be acceptable for both of the regions.

People of Iraq are waiting for election results 2014. The international companies operating in Iraq are also waiting for election results because they are expecting the budget approval after the final results. The economists are expecting some positive changes in the economy of Iraq after declaration of budget. Approval of budget means resolving the issues between Baghdad and Erbil.

Along with President of China Iraq Prime Minister will also meet with the Iranian President to discuss the conflict of government with the Kurdistan. The arbitration offer made by United States of America will be under discussion between both of the leaders. Iran does not want United States of America to play any role to resolve this issue between government and Kurdistan.
