The Nifty extended its winning streak for third consecutive session and closed above 8,500 for the first time ever. Technology, metals and banks were the top sectoral gainers while oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and FMCG led the losers pack.

The BSE Sensex fell more than 500 points and the NSE Nifty closed below the level of 8100 due to fall in rupee and global worries

The BSE Sensex slipped over 250 points in intraday trade on Friday, after hitting fresh record high of 26300.17. Nifty Tips The BSE Sensex closed at 26,126.75, down 145.10 points or 0.55% and the 50-share Nifty index ended at 7,790.45, down 40.15 points or 0.51%. Realty, Metal, Power shares rolled down by 2.75 to 2 per cent. Auto, oil & gas, consumer durables, bank shares broke 1.7 to 1.4 per cent. Capital goods, tech, IT stocks fell from 1 to 0.5 per cent. Healthcare shares rose 1.7 per cent and FMCG rose 0.75 per cent.

Equity benchmarks started off the week on negative note, falling for the second consecutive session on Monday weighed down by banks and oil & gas stocks Sensex down 135 points to 25,991 and Nifty closed at 7749 down 49 points. Midcap and Smallcap stocks fell from 0.4 to 0.7 per cent.

Sensex closed at 29571.04 with a gain of 292.20 points or 1 percent.Nifty is up by 74.90 points or 0.85 percent and trading at 8910.50.intraday share tips for tomorrow

Before budget market seems to be volatile today. Sensex down 137 points to 25,445 and Nifty fell 38 points to close at 7585. Midcap and Smallcap stocks broke by 1.5-2 per cent. Auto shares declined 2.5 per cent. Power, Realty, Healthcare, Capital Goods, IT, tech stocks fell 1.7 to 1.2 per cent. Metal and bank shares fell 0.5 per cent. FMCG, Oil & gas and consumer durables strong by 1 to 0.5 per cent. In Auto Apollo Tyres rolled down to 7.6 per cent. Ashok Leyland, Amtek Auto, Bharat Forge, Tata Motors, Amara Batteries, Bajaj Auto, Maruti Suzuki, M & M, Bosch broken by 6-2 per cent.

Today also Rupee contunues its appreciation trend.Rupee opened with 2 paisa strenght against the U.S dollar at 59.67 .On Wednesday, it moved up strongly and touches the 2 weeks new height.Yesterday it closed at 59.69.

The S&P BSE Sensex pulled back in the afternoon and closed nearly 50 points up led by gains in metals, FMCG and realty sectors.

Crude oil is trading with marginal gains of 0.1 per cent around Rs 4870. Natural Gas is trading with nearly 1 per cent above Rs 275. Gold trades with marginal gains of 0.1 per cent at Rs 25,960. Silver is trading above Rs 35,000 moved up by 0.7 percent. Aluminum fell by 0.3 per cent trading at Rs 126.6. Copper rose 0.5 per cent to close at Rs 415. Bullion tips & updates : Gold futures closed lower in the native market on yesterday as investors and speculators quit their positions in the precious metal as Fed Chair Janet Yellen's remarks overnight in which she signaled that a December interest rate hike was a "live possibility" weighed on the yellow metal which becomes less attractive in a rising interest rate scenario.

Gold gained in the intraday trades ending Thursday. The session saw Gold closing at Rs 25831 per 10 grams on 5 November 2015 against Rs 25771 on 4 November 2015.
