    The ESOL Ninja is a certified teacher from the USA who has been teaching in an urban school district for 12 years. She is certified to teach social studies (7-12), reading (1-12) and English Speakers of Other Languages (PreK-12).She started her page to share ideas and lend her voice to the current debate about education in the USA.
    I chose this teacher because her blog is very interesting and has some links to online TESOL resources which are very useful. This teacher has also travelled in Central America to teach English to Speakers of other Languages in very harsh conditions. I like her style and her insights. I can follow the ESOL Ninja on Pinterest and Twitter as well as her blog page on blogger.com.

      In Vet training learning is usually designed to teach formal knowledge and skills. Generally speaking it is important for the teachers to be competent in passing this learning onto students who are required to become competent at tasks, knowledge and skills in their VET training.
