This Assistant Teacher works in Kindergarten and is always on the look out for ways to integrate ICT into the children's learning and the kindergarten curriculum. I'm really looking forward to reading through her past and future blog posts, in the hope of getting some inspiration and ideas on how I can use ICT in the early childhood context. Thought this might be an interesting read for you. I think there are some pretty good reasons in this article to be using ICTs in the classroom. And some of them might seem crazy now, but a little story.....before ATMs were around, my dad (and I'm sure others of his generation) saw the ATM concept on a documentary and said, "That's ridiculous, no-one is going to go to a hole in the wall to get money out", I still laugh about it.
