I was just checking into installing the live video chat plugin for FlashChat. Unfortunately, it looks like Flash Media Server / Red5 Server has to be configured to support this.
Well, I've got myself up and running with HostGator and I now find everything very user-friendly and easy, even if I had to ask a few questions to the live support team on setup.
Live chat support was good back when I first signed up. Now, they are not very knowledgeable. Most of the time, they need to contact the admin for help and then their favorite line is to tell you to submit trouble ticket which then take at least 5 hours for a response that asking for more information. Ticket support quality is deteriating also.
