Here comes the good news for the fans of Hollywood actress Halle Berry as buzz states that this former supermodel is making comeback on small-screen with Steven Spielberg’s sci-fi drama series Extant. Last she was associated with television was in 1991, when she was part of American soap opera Knots Landing. CBS is going to telecast the project, which is going to be produced by Spielberg`s Amblin Television and is 13 episodes long.For those unaware, Berry would be seen in the role of an astronaut, who was returned for a year long voyage in outer space on her own. "I`m always on the lookout for amazing roles, and when you see material that contains this strong of auspices, nuance and complexity, it compels me to run toward it no matter the medium," Berry said in a statement."For five months a year I`ll get to live with and play this incredibly intelligent and vulnerable woman, and for the remainder of the year I`ll continue to look for other roles that move me as deeply as this one," she added.You can catch the series in the summer of 2014.

Close sources informed that the pretty-faced actress, 40, donned a Monique Lhuillier gown for the outdoor Jewish ceremony that took place at the Paramour Mansion in LA. The wedding was attended by family and few close friends only."The ceremony was enchanting and magical. The couple wed in front of about 60 people, all close friends and immediate family of the bride and groom," sources said. What is rather interesting is that the big moment came in McGowan’s life just week after fire had broke into her home, damaging it totally.Now it is expected that the couple would celebrate their honeymoon in Tahiti. Few days back, the actress had said, "I've never been to Tahiti. I've always dreamed of having one of those little huts over the water."Gushing over Detail, she had exclaimed, "He's magic. He's made me a better woman. And I've made him a better man!"You may know that the two had been dating since last year, and Detail had proposed McGowan over the summer. Before Detail, she was previously in relationship with Marilyn Manson and Robert Rodriguez.Congrats to the couple!

The actress was recently approached to play third girl, along with Sonakshi Sinha and Yaami Gautam, in Prabhudheva's Action Jackson.However, she rather chose to work with Sajid Khan, who is shooting Humshakals. In the film she has been paired opposite Riteish Deshmukh. Bips is great friends with both Riteish and Sajid. Hence the role, which was Bipasha offered in Action Jackson, which stars Ajay Devgn as male lead, will be played by supermodel Manasvi Mamgai.Even Humshakals stars three leading ladies. While Bips is paired opposite Riteish, the other two Tamannaah Bhatia and Esha Gupta, are opposite Saif Ali Khan. The shooting of the film is currently taking place in UK, where Sajid has finalised locations, such as London, Portsmouth and Gosport."In London for Humshakals, new film. Gori Tere Pyaar Mein actor Imran Khan says he has had the best time working in the movie, and it was one of the most entertaining work experiences that he has had till date. "For me this is the most fun film. What makes it special is the chemistry and interaction between me and Kareena Kapoor Khan. That is what makes the film stand up," said Imran."Kareena and I have good chemistry. I think we look good together. Part of the reason is because inherently we understand each other as actors," said Imran, who was in London with his leading lady Kareena. The film has been helmed by Punit Malhotra, and produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions.The actor said that the film has the target audience in younger couples and the family audience. "Karan likes his films to reach out across the audiences and he likes to make his films family friendly. You can watch it with your parents and parents can take their kids to watch it," he said.He also added that it was picturised in many locations. "The first half is primarily shot in Bangalore where the romance begins. The second half was shot outside Bhuj in Gujarat, then Wai outside Pune in Maharashtra and then in Filmcity. It was a difficult film to shoot. We were shooting outdoors in the peak of summer in May and June - it was over 45 degrees every single day."The film comes out on November 22!
