Let me start admitting here about Naked Harbour (Vousaari) not being an Artsy film at all. To some point, the film surely follows the lines and impact of Alejandro González Iñárritu's Babel (2007) and Paul Haggis Crash (2004). Aku Louhimies Naked Harbour features an interesting yet strong emotional theme of intersecting characters and plot-lines.The film follows inside-out look of 8 stories and their characters who is an American visiting the city on business, A junkie couple struggling to pay off a thug, A 16 year old girl who will go to any length for fame, a bullied Russian immigrant boy, a couple whose marriage is falling apart, a schoolboy whose only friend is his dog, A father who projects his body issues onto his teenage son, and a young single mother undergoing chemotherapy.Every character is undergoing some form of problems and non-acceptance in his/her life.  And at times the film is genuinely heart-breaking, particularly the story-lines dealing with children.The only story which was not convincing enough according to me was of the American who is on a business tour in the city. Yes there is a heavy amount of sex in the film but it's dealt in a convincing way. All the stories and performances in the film are outstanding. The story that really hit me to tears was about the Mother-Daughter relationship where the mother is undergoing chemotherapy, The 16 year old girl who wants just one shot to fame and the schoolboy and his only best friend which is a Dog.Prolific Film maker Aku Louhimies has extracted wonderful performances from all the actors and have presented a film that questions your inner soul at times. The Background Score, Production Values, Camera Work and Editing rises the top position while you are watching this beautiful journey of Finland and its people.Naked Harbour (Vuosaari) is not a film that should be missed. The film is surely a film that will make you discuss on a longer period of time even after you have left the auditorium. Two Thumbs Up for this Aku Louhimies masterpiece!

At the recently held renowned Pune Festival, one saw the likes of Hema Malini, Dimple Kapadia, Urmila Matondkar performing at the opening ceremony. However the closing ceremony had only one  stellar star performance wrapping up the festival.It was none other than Model/VJ/Actress Pooja Misrra doing a seductive lavani dance which she picked up in record time of one day wherein she rehearsed for 12 hours non-stop. That's not all she was also the celebrity star judge at the Miss Pune contest held at Pune Festival. Here's a heads up to the hard working rock star.Pooja will be soon seen in an Item Number in Chandra Barot's Hum Baaja Baja Denge.

Aamir Khan, who got on the bike for scenes, in his big hit, Ghulam, which was released some years ago, gets on the bike once again for his next release, Dhoom 3. Vikram Bhatt’s Ghulam went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters of that year.While Aamir was seen riding a light weighing bike in Ghulam, the actor will now be seen riding a heavier bike in his big film, Dhoom 3. It is a high end, stylish BMW bike. The actor will be performing breath taking stunts on the bike in the film. Aamir went through special training to perform the stunts on the bike.Also there were safety measures that had to be taken before shooting the stunts on the bike. Dhoom 3 is slated to release on 20th December.

Many consider that the life of an actor is very easy, however, there is no truth to that in actual, as their life is rather full of thrill and drama, which they have to cope with while shooting for their films. Many a times, we have heard about an actor getting injured while shooting for a film.Last it was Hrithik Roshan, who had received a head injury while shooting for his upcoming film Bang Bang. Now latest to fall victim is singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar, who received severe cuts on his left cheek while shooting stunts scenes in Bangkok.  It is learnt that he was shooting for a television commercial for a multinational brand, when he cut his face and was rushed to the hospital. As luck would have it, he didn’t receive any serious injuries, and he made his way to the sets after doctors stitched up his cut. Sources say that earlier Ali’s body double had to perform the stunts, but he didn’t resemble the current long-hair and French beard Ali is sporting. Hence, Ali decided to do it himself, and in turn, he injured his face. Fortunately things are under control now, and we wish the actor speedy recovery!

It seems, after Ramaiya Vastavaiya’s flop show at box-office, Prabhu Deva is leaving no stone unturned to make his upcoming project a full-pack of entertainment. Earlier, it was reported that he has signed model-turned-item girl Scarlett Wilson for an item number that will feature her opposite film’s villain Sonu Sood. Now, latest report says that he also assigned its lead actress Sonakshi Sinha to flaunt her curves in a special song.Recently, Sonakshi, who was highly impressed by Vidya Balan performance in the Ekta Kapoor's The Dirty Picture, went on to shower praises on her performance in the movie. Bollywood ace choreographer Sandip Soparrkar and his beautiful wife Jesse Randhawa set fire on the stage and stole the spotlight as showstoppers for Wendell Rodricks show through their scintillating dance performance at Seagram’s Blenders Pride Fashion Tour in Chandigarh. This is first time that Blender’s Pride fashion tour experienced show stoppers as dancers rather than the usual Bollywood star walking the ramp.Both Sandip and Jesse looked absolutely stunning in Wendell Rodricks creations while performing on the stage. The colourful and vibrant line of veteran designer Wendell Rodricks mesmerised the audience and the moves of the dynamic duo spell bounded the viewers.Sandip Soparrkar said, “It was amazing dancing for our dear friend Wendell, he is a very creative and a wonderful person, I am glad that both our opening and the show stopper dances were appreciated, Jesse and me are looking forward to the other shows of the tour.”The Seagram's Blenders Pride Fashion Tour '13 brought the fusion of dance and fashion with designer Wendell Rodricks and choreographer Sandip Soparrkar, Wendell’s collection was the closing of the Chandigarh shows.Wendell Rodricks said, "The show was one of its kind where dance took the centre stage and there were no modelling on the ramp, it was more of big party on stage. Jesse and Sandip showcased the collection to perfection with their outstanding moves.
