Filmmaker Anurag Basu must be beaming from ear-to-ear as his film Barfi, which was the story of a deaf and mute boy, turned out to be the top winner at the maiden edition of the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA). It won the trophies in the category of Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Actress.

The maiden episode of Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee with Karan featuring Salman Khan went viral amidst the audience. It was an awe-struck beginning that one reality show could ever have. This was followed by equally accepted chapter of gorgeous Kareena Kapoor along with superstar brother Ranbir Kapoor.And now, the famous show will mark the presence of none other than Aamir Khan, who is well-known for his choosy nature. But it seems Karan Johar has cracked the deal calling him in his show for the first time.The coming episodes of the show will see Aamir Khan is turning candid along with wife Kiran Rao. They will sit on the couch opposite host Karan and we expect nothing less than fireworks from this one. We haven't seen Aamir and Kiran together giving an interview before and Karan will ensure that their first time together is worthwhile.First Salman and now Aamir, we wonder why Karan is ignoring his best buddy Shah Rukh Khan who usually was the first choice for all the seasons.

Star-actor Saif Ali Khan is someone who has made his mark in Bollywood without belonging to any camp, and has managed to maintain steady relationship with each and every actor of the industry. Recently he gave the title of his film Yaariyan to T-Series head-honcho Bhushan Kumar.This shows that the actor very well knows the value of good relations. While speaking about the same recently, Divya Khosla Kumar said that it was really kind of Saif to give away his title. "When Bhushan heard the script, he thought Yaariyan would be the apt title for the film but when we checked the title was registered with Saif Ali Khan's company. Bhushan spoke to him and without charging anything, he gave us the title free of cost. That's really generous of him," said Divya.For those unaware, the film, which stars newcomers, will release on January 10. As of now Divya is looking forward to promote the film on TV reality show Bigg Boss Saath-7, which is hosted by superstar Salman Khan. "I know Salman and he is close to Bhushan. I am happy we are going to Bigg Boss to promote the film," she said.The happy actress-turned-director Divya also didn’t forget to credit her hubby Bhushan, without whom she says that the film wouldn’t have been possible. Bhushan is the head of T-Series. "Without him, it was not possible. His support was incredible and the title was also suggested by him," she said.Best wishes for the film!

It has already been told that veteran actress Sarika and South superstar Kamal Haasan’s daughter Akshara Haasan is all set to make her Bollywood debut. But, despite being a great actress of her time, Sarika has no intension of sharing tips with her daughter as she believes she should find her own way."Every generation has its own working style. We can share with them what we like about cinema because I don't know anything else. I only know cinema, so I can share that. But I must let my daughter find her own way because it will be different," said Sarika."I am not nervous. I am very excited. I am very glad and thankful and it's a good time. Both my girls are okay and somewhere I feel like now things are fine. They will have their own share of success and failure, but that doesn't matter," she added.For those unaware, Akshara will mark her debut with director R Balakrishnan, popularly called R Balki. After a long time, singer Sonu Nigam has composed music of any film album, and it is Sooper Se Ooper. However, as per the latest development, he is unhappy with the makers of the film, as he claims that Reliance Entertainment, the producers of the film, which releases on October 25, has not yet released its music."This is deliberate sabotage. No promotion, no publicity, they have not even given a letter of consent to T-Series so they can start playing the music on TV channels. I am furious with this step motherly treatment," said Nigam, while speaking to the sources. It is learnt that with the film, Sonu has collaborated with Bickram Ghosh, the classical and neo-fusion musician, for the first time. When sources got in touch with CEO of Reliance Entertainment, Sanjeev Lamba, he said, "All partners are meeting tomorrow to discuss the film's release. Till we agree on firm plans, it's premature to comment on this." Meanwhile, sources from T-Series, who have the music rights for the movie, said, "We are doing our bit and we have already started playing the film's music on our YouTube channel."We hope the proper steps would be taken!

She is down with viral fever and doctors advised her bed rest.As per the sources Katrina Kaif is on very heavy antibiotics and is currently avoiding the camera due to the adverse reaction of the medicines on her face. “She has not been keeping well and was advised complete rest. She was down with viral fever and the strong dose of medicines had an adverse reaction it led to swelling on her face,” said sources.Apart from shooting of her upcoming films titled Bang Bang and Dhoom 3, the shooting dates of her endorsements have been affected due to her illness. “As Bang Bang and Kabir Khan’s film shoot has been pushed ahead, she had time on hand to complete some of her brand assignments before November. But now she has decided to finish dubbing for Dhoom 3 instead,” added sources close to the actress.Does it mean the actress has also missed her secret vacations with her alleged beau Ranbir Kapoor in New York? Nowadays marriage has become an institution everyone is not looking forward to, however actor Hollywood celeb Matthew Morrison is all set to experience it getting married to fiancée Renee Puente. Meanwhile, even though he has given his nod for marriage, still he is not yet ready to have kids. Still, one day he would like to become a father. Speaking to the sources recently the actors said that he and his fiancée are not ready to become parents yet, hence having kids is not on their minds as of now.However, that doesn’t mean that he would never have kids at all, as he did say that he is excited to have a family some day, but there is time for it. "The thing we`re looking forward to is having kids one day - that`s the big thing that will change our relationship. We want to have a little more time to ourselves first, so we`re not quite exactly sure when we`ll have kids," he said.For those unaware, Morrison popped the question to Puente earlier this year, after being in relationship of two years, and he hopes that marriage won’t change how they are as a couple.We hope things remain smoothly between them!
