The star-kid recently talked about his childhood memories during the launch of Vimala Veeraraghavan and Shalini Singh's book Teenage Blues, where he went on to admit that his father always treated him as his buddy, and now he wants to be exact same to his daughter, Aaradhya."I wore my father's shoes when I was just 11 and since then he has always been a buddy and his idea of parenting was and he said this to me at a very young age. He said I will never hide anything from you. I will incorporate you in all your decisions and I will always ask you my opinion but your job is to make sure your opinion is something I can listen to," he said.He also revealed that Big B always treated him and his sister as equals. "And he always treated me as equal. Although we knew that we weren't but his behavior towards my sister and I was always the same. Everyone knows that fathers and daughters share and special bond and sons and mothers share a special bond. So for my father my sister was always the apple of his eye but I was always his friend and that's something I hope I can incorporate with Aaradhya," he said.Well said, AB!

The women centric show Sasural Simar Ka on Colors has currently been revolving around the character of Jhanvi, played by Falaq Naaz. The actress has been receiving rave review for her portrayal and says it has now become my identity. She added that the show is a turning point for her career.An elated Falaq, about the popularity said, “It has been a very good experience. Initially Jhanvi was negative but now she has turned positive and now I can relate myself to the character of Jhanvi. Jhanvi has now become my identity. Recently few people recognized me as Jhanvi in a market and they asked me, Are you Jhanvi? People have lots of sympathy towards Jhanvi and I am loving it.”The actress admits that her character is quite similar to her. “I am finding it very easy to get myself involved in this character. She is a very emotional girl like me. I think 80% of Jhanvi is within me.”Falaq feels the show is a turning point for her career. “Playing Jhanvi in Sasural Simar Ka is a very big turning point for my career. I have got a lot of recognition by playing the character of Jhanvi. Sasural Simar Ka is a lucky show for me.”About her bonding with costars, she said, “I share a very good bonding with Dipika Samson. We share food with each other and eat together. We spend good time together and we visit each other’s place in Eid or in Diwali. Both of us also go for shopping together sometimes. Brand Ambassador Vidya Balan attended the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne Conference (IFFM) as the Victorian Coalition Government extended its support for the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne by one year, reinforcing strong bond that exists between the Victorian and Indian screen industries.Recently the actress spoke at length about various aspects of her film-career. She is also well-aware that her weight is the talk of the town at the moment.“My weight has become the talking point of the nation. Why is everyone bothered about it? Is it a national issue?  I am just trying to work on my body shape, keeping in mind my character in the film. Believe me, I am not doing anything special. I am not dieting. I am happy with the way I look and hope people would leave it at that,” says, Vidya.At the same time, she is geared up to play first female detective of India in upcoming film Bobby Jasoos. The Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha production is being directed by debutant Samar Shaikh. “Samar is a very talented director. I am really looking forward to working with him,” she says. The movie goes on floor in November.

We all are aware of the fact that Aamir Khan is very much protective and concerned about his kids, whether they’re Junaid and daughter Ira from his first wife Reena Dutta or a one-year-old son Azad with second wife Kiran Rao. Whenever he gets time to spend with them, he never misses a chance and utilizes it to the core.Recently, while he was in Mumbai and he had taken time off from work to babysit one-year-old Azad because wife Kiran Rao was travelling. And as of now he is in Delhi, shooting for his forthcoming film Peekay for filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, where he’s spending time with Junaid, who is being the assistant of the director in the film. Reportedly, Aamir is the one who suggested his 18-year-old son Junaid Khan not to take up acting yet, but instead start by learning about Indian cinema. Subsequently, Junaid has taken up the role of an assistant director to film-maker Rajkumar Hirani for Peekay.      Sources from the sets said it is gathered that Aamir was seen having heart-to-heart conversations with his young son. The actor knows that Junaid is on the threshold of adult life and he wants to be there for him when the young man makes important decisions, be it in matters of the heart or career.

Actor Jimmy Shergil and director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s collaboration has been running ever since the latter debuted in Bollywood with Haasil. Be it Charas, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns or latest release Bullett Raja, Jimmy is one common thing in all the mentioned films.Released on November 28, Bullett Raja features Saif Ali Khan in the title role with his lady of affection being Sonakshi Sinha. Jimmy plays Saif’s partner in crime and has covered prominent part in the film. While Saif plays a character with an adventurous streak, Jimmy plays a much more headstrong guy.“The three of us have a lot of sequences together though, as you can see from the promos. The film's script is such that it brings us together. It would definitely have been a different space for Sonakshi to be working with Tigmanshu. However I could sense that Sonakshi was comfortable in what she was doing. As for Saif then well, he adapted to things so well from day one. He was bang on as the character. According to me, it is one of his finest performances. No one has ever seen Saif on these lines,” averred Jimmy.About the director, he added, “Tigmanshu was clear from the very beginning during the narration stage itself that bond between Saif and I had to be very prominent right through the film's narrative.
