From Bowling Green State University, resources provided by their Center for Teaching and Learning. They use Shelfari to collect and describe their Library Holdings; the Center Archives has an excellent compilation of favorite websites; and the Teaching and Learning Guides are also helpful.

Part of Annenberg Learner, each series listed here has a selection of videos available for download. Topics range from surveys of American and World literatures, to teaching students to work with artifacts, to developing writers. Grade ranges vary by series. Production of these videos is supported by the Annenberg Foundation.

The idea behind the Edupunk concept is a DIY approach to education in order to make education truly student-driven, and to make good use of the great variety of resources available on the Internet. To that end, Kamenetz, author of The Edupunk's Guide (a free ebook) offers these ideas regarding online research.

Much as the Edupunk movement fails to value the importance of a good teacher to guide and support the student's learning experience, this post fails to take librarians and libraries into account. That said, there are some great sites and sources on this list, though no mention of how students should evaluate the accuracy, currency, or authority of these sites. What do you think?

First, obviously, the opportunity for educators to learn more about Google+ and it's potential educational applications. But also the format, LiveBinder, is an interesting way to present and share resources.

Part of the University of Georgia's College of Education Initiative on Innovation in Teaching and Technology (ITT), this page links to presentations in the Innovation 20/20 series. Each topic is a 20 minute presentation on a specific innovation, followed by a 20 minute discussion period. Topics range from more reflective teaching (e.g. Using Metaphor to Explore Teaching and Learning) to using specific tools or strategies (Designing and Implementing an Undergraduate Blogging Community in EDIT 2000 or Motivating Students with Google Tools and More). Navigation on this page also points users to Innovation Resources, Innovation News, and the Discovery Series (another set of online videos).

These are very simple workshops (for the most part, straight text with no video) that offer suggestions for some of the key moments of the classroom experience: planning, student feedback, the beginning of the semester, and the end of the semester, as well as some modules on lecturing, outcome/assessment, and testing.
