Col·lecció TAC núm. 1 La pretensió d'aquest document no és altra que la de servir d'ajut a la reflexió i a la pla- nificació del desenvolupament d'un Pla TAC (tecnologies per a l'aprenentatge i el conei- xement) en un centre educatiu a partir de les orientacions bàsiques que ens ofereixen experiències reeixides, tant del nostre país com de fora. No es tracta, doncs, de convèncer d'una necessitat òbvia en aquest començament del segle xxi, sinó d'oferir pautes per a una tasca complexa que requereix un enfocament sistèmic i la implicació de tot l'equip docent i el lideratge de l'equip directiu.

European Commission Joint Research Centre Institute for Prospective Technological Studies © European Union, 2011 The objectives of the project are: *To identify the key components of Digital Competence (DC) in terms of the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to be digitally competent; *To develop DC descriptors that will feed a conceptual framework/guidelines that can be validated at European level, taking into account relevant frameworks currently available; *To propose a roadmap for the possible use and revision of a DC framework and descriptors of DC for all levels of learners.

The project aims to contribute to better understanding and development of Digital Competence in Europe.
