You tube for teachers! Here you will find videos posted by teachers to aid in their instruction. Some stuff is really good, others not so much, but as with anything on the net you have to spend some time browsing. Great resource if you are not inclined to do your own video!
Sort of a YouTube for presentations. A great place to borrow from others and add on or edit the work they've already done. Also a great place to share important work you've done.

This is a really neat website!! It offers a free grade book for teachers, along with a lesson planner, attendance tracker, common core state standards, etc. and the best part - its free!!!
