When Is Being Connected All The Time Too Much? - 0 views

  •
I was pretty shocked by the move when it happened, which made me start to take a look at my own personal connection to mobile technology. If the idea of turning my phone off to spend time with a friend is crazy talk, then maybe the crazy thing is how connected I am. The whole idea of being that connected is, after all, to be able to easily reach and connect with people (like this friend). What better time to do that when the friend is physically in front of me, trying to have a real-world conversation.

t-JAYS Four let you listen to your iOS device, look cool while doing it -- Engadget - 0 views

  •
Sweden's Jays have released the new t-JAYS. Ever listen to music and just hate the way your headphones look? With these new headphones, you can look cool while listening to music on your iPhones, iPods, and iPads. Sounds like a really bad infomercial, but these guys sell for $129 a pop, with 10mm drivers, a 360 MEMS microphone and a three button controller. If you've got the money, go for it, and improve your listening and music life.

Adobe, makes new CSS tools - 0 views

  •
Adobe has made a new set of CSS tools, like CSS shaders, or CSS regions. this is so that CSS can now have better quality with what they are doing, apparently, it can make things on the screen be 3D, which is so awesome, it adds a cinematic feel to it. although we are not going to go anywhere near this in class, it is still cool, there's a video that shows what it looks like. 'Unwitting' thief helps police by uploading picture of himself on victim's Facebook pag... - 1 views

  •
When most thieves commit a crime they try to get away from police. However looks like karma got back at a man who stole a woman's cell phone. He tried uploading a picture onto facebook through her phone but the phone was set to automatically post it to her wall. This gives police pretty much all they need to catch him.

Ok for some reason the comment isn't pooping up... i'll write it again... Now Apple had recently been put in a chokehold by a couple of reasons, so Google has a chance to saddle up and steal the show, but time will tell if they can pull it off or screw up, FOCUS GOOGLE!

Nokia unveils Purity HD Stereo Headset with a little help from Monster - 0 views

  •
Nokia has come out with their very own Stereo Headphones. They almost look like "Beats by Dr.Dre" but they do have their own look. In my opinion the headphones look really cool.

The Future of the Web Needs to Include the Past | Webmonkey | Wired.com - 0 views

Although new web browsers are running much faster than they did a few years ago, web evangelist, John Allsopp, suggests people slow down their technology for a little while. He says there is still a large group of people who do not have advanced technology at home to keep up with these new ways. What he is basacally saying is that the advanced world should take a break and wait for everyone -- even those who have trouble affording it -- to survive.
