This is a great site for math games. A huge variety and a search program that is quick and easy. I found my percents games that were not on other sites from here.
This website was found in our textbook, Learning Mathematics in Elementary and Middle Schools, as a resource that can be used in the classroom to reinforce fractions in a fun and unique way!
This is a link to the schedule for an online conference that will be held February 25-26th. A plethora of relevant and useful topics will be discussed, including "SmartTeaching" (how to use a smartboard), Technology Funding, Podcasts, Digital Storytelling, and MORE! Also,CUW's very own "MathMaster Muth" and Dr. "Digital Story Master" Uden (along with numerous others) will be presenting. There will be recordings of each session, which will be a great resource for the future.
This site provides free online games. There are a variety of topics to choose from, but the math games would be most relevant for ED 304. You can pick from games such as Math Tunnel Blaster, Math Pinball, and Math Fact Practice. The site is neat because it incorporates fun and learning for all ages!

This is an awesome website that takes different math topics, vocabulary, etc., and makes mnemonics to help students remember what the topic or vocabulary words is. The website also contains really great lesson ideas and professional development articles to better stay in the know.

Teachers Network is a major, non-profit education organization offering online multimedia professional development and teacher education packages in order to improve student achievement. The particular page provides teachers with inexpensive field trips which help students see the real world application of the math concept they have learned.
Great resouce for children's literature applicable to math lessons. You can search by grade or topic. The site also has links to some lesson plans and online activities which go with some of the books.
