PBS kids is just great. This website URL will take you to the games section for kids. It does require a user name and password however instead of instant use.

This website I used directly in my instruction of fractions. It allowed me to have the students interact with the SmartBoard as well as give me some great "lecture"esque material to use.

For teachers and parents there are a number of worksheets and flashcards that you can create for students to practice offline. A few of the worksheets that can be generated have an easy, medium, and hard difficulty level. You can use those in order to have a challenging worksheet for students that are more advanced. Likewise, you can also use the lower level worksheet for students who are having difficulties with the concept.
