If you click on Math Help on the top tab, and then "Ask Dr. Math," you can search previously asked questions regarding mathematics and can get explanations for a wide range of mathematical procedures, concepts, and applications.
We used the National Library of Virtual Manipulative quite a bit in Math 120. This is a great resource for use with a Smart Board, in a computer lab, or with a few computers as a center. The activities are sorted by age group and Content Standard.
Check this one out! As a beginning teacher this would be great. Locate your school from the list and add a list of all of the supplies you would love to have for your classroom, but can't afford to buy. The site then helps you communicate your wish list with parents and other donors who can purchase something from your list. The donor gets a tax deductible reciept and the company ships the items right to your school!
