Great website to use for songs and videos that will enhance student learning.

The website for my middle school's media center has a few excellent links.  We have links to eLibrary access, World Book Online, The Library of Congress, Teaching Books for Students, EBSCOhost, ThomsonGale database, Tumblebooks, the Lexile Framework for Reading, the ERIC online library, and the Florida Information Resource Network.

The Florida Humanities Council "Teaching Florida" website contains lesson plans and resources tied to Florida History and Humanities standards.  They also provide summer workshops for teachers to expand their knowledge about Florida humanities.

An extensive, easy to navigate website with so much information about technology integration in the classroom. All pages are applicable and informative so it's hard to bookmark just one. Check out the Video of the Month (for Sept) and think about our online world today!

OCPS Wordpress for teachers becomes a resource for students and parents as long as teachers create a website. Can also become a resource to other teachers.

This is a good website for finding out about Tech products and programs used in classrooms.

This is the website I use for my class blog.  It is quick for you and your students to register, it is safe for students to use and the format is simple, yet effective.  I have already witnessed some amazing learning and sharing on this site.

I have used this website in Kindergarten and am excited to see that there are plenty of resources I can use for second grade. The NCTE is composed off dedicated teachers who share their resources, strategies, and best practices with others. You can enjoy the benefits of being a NCTE member by enrolling in the membership. Many of the resources are free and can be used in the classroom. There are lesson plans and student interactives to use for any subject on a computer or smart board. The great thing about this website is that parents and children can access it at home for after school resources. There is community involvement and professional developments that one can attend.

"Pics4Learning is a safe, free image library for education." Images can be searched for by topic or most popular.

This is a free, copyright-friendly site for images to use in the educational process. My students use this site all the time for projects and desktop images. It's great!

Lynne Jonell is a noted author of books ages 9-12. There is talk that her works will become Sunshine State Books. This website is a great website for kinds to view future projects and complete some online games/crafts.

Intereactive lessons for all content areas and assessments. This website is aligned with the NGSSS. Great use for reinforcing skills and RTI.
