I'm done trying to make a graduate program work for me.4 I'm tired of hearing teachers tell me they didn't learn things they needed to know in college. I'm tired of being the customer, and being treated like a recipient at a local food bank. Seriously, if you walked into Wal-mart, and they gave you a pre-loaded shopping bag that you had no choice in selecting, would you go back there?

Need to develop a new pedagogical dna for schooling in todays world in order to break from the past

These wonderful concepts to which these school districts have seemingly dedicated themselves, are not in evidence in the reality of what goes on in their school buildings on a day to day basis. It's as if there are two realities. One reality is what we think and say to each others as educators, and the other is what we actually do.
