    Students reflections on Blogging. I particularly like the quote from a student called Taylor. I think she is quite mature and really seems to grasp the concept that having an active blog is having a say. A tool that has the opportunity to give people who may otherwise not have a say, a means to express their perspective, certainly has the opportunity to change the world as we know it. Do you agree?

Outcomes on rubrics are measured by competence of use and most importantly the quality of the process or product. For example. Bookmarking a resource is of no value if the resource is inappropriate or worthless.
