Air Video is great, this is an awesome app. I have used it to share videos off my laptop for students to view on the iPad. Nice summary of cool iPad Apps that are serious game-changers.

Welcome to the new iSchool series - the iSchool crew. Check out my Podcast Producer's first go at doing their own podcast -Edtechcrew style. Found it very difficult but very rewarding. Basic concept is trying to give kids a voice for their honest feedback on th good and bad aspects of technology, and how it is being used in the classroom. Kids collaborate on a Google Doc to make show notes, and upload links to website. Planning to share Google Doc or create a Diigo/Delicious account so other kids at school can all have an input - much like is done here with Diigo. First episode, so be nice! This neat tool from Google, ChartTool is a simple-to-use chart-making service that lets you simply paste in your data and play around with how it looks. It's never been easier to whip up charts that are actually easy to use and update. In fact, embedding these charts on web pages is quite simple thanks to the embed API. You can even make QR codes in just a few seconds and quickly get an embed code to add it to your website. While ChartTool does not create as many of those fancy 3-D charts that Excel does (it still makes quite a few), it likely will be able to in the future. However, if you're in a rush and need to whip up some exact charts without all the fluff, this is the tool for you.
