This website seems appropriate for middle childhood classrooms and older and may be slightly too advanced for younger classrooms. For these younger classrooms, I would suggest a simpler form of online image creation such as SketchSwap. This tool is a component of a the larger resource Tate Online and may be somewhat difficult for children to navigate. Therefore I would suggest having a teacher available for assistance and having direct links to create artwork. I think a really fun project that could be implemented with younger children is to have the children create or upload images and then create a slideshow or video of these images to share with their parents at a class party. It would also be interesting to see older children work together to create a game that relates to a story they have read in class.
