As many would know, running is one simple form of exercise to be done anywhere, anytime. Some opt for long distance running as a form of self-achievement as well as stress relief. Here are some health benefits from long distance running as well as the risk imposed by this strenuous activity.

#5 bek101386507, yes I agree with your point of view. You yourself know best what is good and bad for you, so it is good to choose the correct exercise that would help you stay fit instead of causing injuries in the long run. I know that long distance running is not for everyone; it requires a lot of effort both physically and mentally to be diligent in training and to not give up halfway. I think you should just stick to your most convenient form of running and don't force yourself to run longer than what your body can take. Just enjoy it! No matter what the distance is, if it makes you happy, just do it.

    Cheers!

    101407013 - Ursula Felicia H.

I would say that social media is the starting point to the development of "keyboard warriors" where users are protected behind the screen and keyboard, often known to the world just by their made-up nicknames. This anonymity allows people to attack others without revealing much of themselves, shielding them from backlash while tearing another apart. It is one of the growing concern nowadays, with younger users being more susceptible to cyberbullying and thus, suffer from nervous / mental breakdown. Sexual predators are roaming online as well, that's why parents should educate their kids to use social media wisely and learn to separate private information from public exposure.

It is everyone's responsibility to protect their own identity online and try not to harm others thru irresponsible behaviour on social media. It seems really easy and fun to write our views online and receive comments from a large audience, yet if we are not careful, we could be sued for defamation.
