Recently there's exploded huge controversies surrounding the IRS. Reportedly, a group of IRS employees targeted conservatives. Also, there are tons of reports on the misspending of American tax dollars

The IRS is singling out political organizations and essentially harassing them with things that are not relative to the means of said organizations attempts to apply for a 501c to be tax exempt.

Same sex-couples will be subject to the same tax laws as heterosexual married couples. Even if a same-sex couple later moves to a state which does not recognize their marriage, the IRS will still recognize them as married.

Lois Lerner, a senior IRS official signed paperwork granting tax-exempt status to the Barack H. Obama Foundation, a shady charity headed by the president's half-brother that operated illegally for years. Lerner approved the foundation's tax status within a month of filing, while some conservative organizations have been waiting for up to 3 years for approval.
