Wiki's are a great tool for students to come together to edit and create a document. The website includes popular, FREE wiki platforms for teachers to use, includes resources for further reading and gives examples on how to use Wiki's in the classroom. This website is a great resource in general for including technological resources in a Language Arts classroom, which can be difficult to do, especially when teaching writing and literature. http://tewt.org

It is discussed the amount of time spent on different technologies available to them. This article also discusses some teachers feelings with the learning style of bringing technology into the classroom.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of development on the level of technology integration within the elementary classroom. The study asked three separate questions. They are How the amount of professional development impacted the level of technology integration in the elementary classroom? What type of professional development produced the highest level of technology integration in the elementary classroom? What other types of barriers prevented elementary teachers from integrating technology in their classrooms? The study is to determine if there is a correlation between the amount of professional development in a teacher with the amount of technology they use in their elementary classroom

Introversion deals with how a person responds to outside stimulus, and is not connected to shyness or social skills. Little attention has been given to absenteeism in schools. A new report finds that many students miss up to a month of school a year and it effects their test scores tremendously. It can set students back by 1 to 2 years, even more so for special education students. 1. How do we as teachers effect student absenteeism? 2. On a bus stop I drive by everyday, it says, "The solution to truancy is A(p)parent." How can we get parents to be involved with their kids in school? 3. What classroom practices can we have in place to help students to miss class? For example, my cooperative teacher has a blog students can pull information from if they miss class and she requires them to do so.

This is a great article about how today's PE teachers are working to make physical education interesting and get kids moving. Today's students are very into technology and PE teachers are taking this into account and bringing it to physical education.

Physical Education classes have transformed tremendously with technology. Some of these ideas and uses for iPads are amazing!

This article is explaining how the author believes that the internet is now the most powerful tool in the classroom today.
