GeoGebraWiki is a free pool of teaching materials for the dynamic mathematics software GeoGebra. Everyone can contribute and upload materials! All contents of this pool may be used free of charge.

The website says: "THE Place For Educational Games!Our research-based and standards-aligned free educational math games and language arts games will engage, motivate, and help teach students. Click a button below to play our free multi-player and single-player games! In the future we'll add features enabling you to save records, tailor content for differentiated instruction, and pinpoint student problem areas." I think using the games in conjunction with a holistic approach to developing skills would make for a great way of getting students to practices some skills. Let students play, set goals, monitor those goals, reflect on their progress, and apply strategies/heuristics to specific problems they struggle with would create an environment in the classroom where learning was fun, self-monitored, and successful.

250 free ebooks. If you have students who are not reading for whatever reason, it's a great place to get started. Rather than not letting them experience the text, let them experience it. Get the process of appreciating storytelling even if it is audio.

For all the teachers wanting to do a skype with an author. Here is a list of authors willing to do it for free.

Thanks Roland. I shared this article with my SR coaches. Many of them made plans to have their students use the video conferencing equipment to chat with an author. Skype provides them a free option they can begin utilizing while they are waiting for the IVC equipment to arrive and be installed. Also nice to have that quick list of authors for them to consider inviting into their classrooms. Thanks :)

A site developed to help students achieve fact fluency. It's free, and ad free with the goal of remaining that way. It's a non-profit operating on grants and donations. 

Many Eyes is a data visualization platform designed by IBM and provided for free. Since it's IBM it should remain fairly stable and free for a long while. 

Free audio books, looks like a great opportunity to get some people access to literature from a different perspective.

Great free online graphing calculator. 

In the portal you'll find a dynamic textbook, lesson plans, widgets, interactive Demonstrations, and more built by Wolfram education experts. Absolutely a great resource. Builds in representations, applets, explanations of variable use etc. Great tool.  Since it is in Beta, I am wondering how long it will be free and what their plans are for the future.
