Firstly, Tutors need to understand that, TutStu doesn't refer or solicit any particular tutor, to new Students. TutStu provides equal opportunity to all Tutors and is Unbiased.
TutStu is also a DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Platform for Students. They will search & select a tutor, themselves.
Tutors are advised to follow these steps thoroughly.
TutStu has built its proprietary LMS (Learning Management System) for Students. Students become a part of the LMS from the moment they Login on TutStu. On further usage, you will realize that the LMS is a powerful & smart work-horse.
It's just the type of tool Students must use to manage their tutoring and learning experience. It is automates a lot of functionalities, for DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Learning. Using TutStu, Students can just concentrate on their Tutoring and Learning. Everything else is smartly managed by the System.
It will be our constant endeavour to add more features, add further analytics, updates and upgrades the TutStu LMS.
Tutors, who teach online or offline face-to-face, can all bring their Existing Students to TutStu.
Tutors can bring their existing students to TutStu, by just sharing their Mini-Website URL with Students. Students just need to click on "Take a FREE Trial" button, provided in Tutor's Mini-Website, to get connected with the Tutor on TutStu.
TutStu is out-of-ordinary. TutStu gives Online Tutoring FREEDOM to Students. At TutStu, its DIY (Do It Yourself) for Students. The complete control is given to Students.
TutStu doesn't collect any payments from Students. All tutoring fees, is paid to Tutors, directly.
Since TutStu directly transfers the amoun to Tutor's Paypal, we need tutors to fill in their details in the Tutor Profile Payments page.
To make the payment process easier, Students can pay the Tutor, directly from inside their Student Portals. Students who wish to pay the tutor, are redirected to PayPal (or PayUMoney, for Indian Tutors).
Payments from Students are your HARD EARNED MONEY. It's yours. TutStu doesn't charge any commission. TutStu doesn't charge any Cut.
How could we? In the process we explained, when Student pays the Tutor, the payment is directly transferred to Tutor's PayPal or PayUMoney Account. And via PayPal or PayUMoney, the payment is directly transferred to Tutor's Bank.
Suppose:- A Student pays $50. The $50 will first go to Tutor's PayPal or PayUMoney Account. From PayPal or PayUMoney, the entire $50 is transferred to Tutor's bank.
Tutors can use TutStu not just for Online Tutoring but various other Student-Centric Services. Here are some brief description, guidelines and procedures regarding the other services Tutors can provide via TutStu.
Login to Student Portal and navigate to "Payment History" to access this section.
TutStu keeps a tab of all Student-to-Tutor payments taking place via TutStu recommended channels like PayPal or PayUMoney. All the transactions are recorded for security and arbitration cases.
The payment history tab basically looks after all the financial activities in a nutshell.
Once you are on TutStu Student Dashboard, you need to click on 'My Profile' from the left menu. The Student Profile Overview Page is the 2nd Tab on the Top. This is for Students to see, check and improve their Student Profile.
Students would want to make sure that the details are exact and the descriptions are impressive & attractive.
Tutors on TutStu would be able to view a similar page to this. Tutors usually view Student's Profile Overview Page when Student sends a FREE TRIAL Session Request to tutors.

Students can pay their tutors directly, from inside TutStu.
Tutors can get paid before the session or after the session, as mutually agreed by them. (However, TutStu recommends Students to pay after the session).
Tutors can receive Bulks Payment (say:-10 sessions at a time) or Pay-as-you-Go (after every session).
To access this section, Login as Student. After Login, navigate to "My Teachers" from the Left Menu.
TutStu provides all students with an integrated Tutor Management System. Here you can not just view your tutors, but also Manage your tutors.
If a Student doesn't like to be tutored by any particular tutor, they can remove the tutor from their account.
At TutStu, students are FREE to maintain tutoring relationship with their tutors.
There's no 'company representative' to bother or question Student's decision.
Students decide which tutors they want to continue regular tutoring and, which tutors they want to remove from their account.
To access this section, Login as Student. After Login, navigate to "My Sessions" from the Left Menu.
TutStu provides all students with an integrated Online Tutoring Session Management System. Here you can manage all your past, present and future tutoring sessions.
TutStu doesn't have a policy on the timing of Payment. The timing of the Payment needs to be discussed and mutually agreed, during the FIRST SESSION between Tutor and Students.
Tutors can surely offer Discounts, FREE Trials, Gifts to Students.
Tutors, you need to understand, with TutStu you are running your own Business. And like every successful business does, you need to promote your business by providing some extra Discounts & Benefits to your Customers (Students in this case).
We would encourage tutors offering Discounts and Benefits to their Students.
