I wish I had this a while ago. It is a link to a million other links about Copyright and Fairuse. It gives you general guides on copyright and sources for CC and audio and videos.

This is a brochure that provides information to you and your students about what you need to know about Copyright in your classroom. What I like about it is it tells you what to do when you are using an article that isn't licensed by the library.

In this article you will find how universities can make their students aware of how Fairuse. I know for myself I was not prepared for copyright and fair use but this article is very informative about its purposes. It also includes different links to other helpful sites for copyright and fairuse that may benefit the teacher or students.

This link provides a chart for teachers to use when implementing technology into the classroom. It tells you what you can and cannot do for copyrighted material.

This Journal has a special emphasizes on teaching Nonfiction Writing to students in the 3rd Grade. I think it is good to see how Mentor Texts are being used across the country. With the new Staar Test in Texas and 4th grade have to write Expository Essays this would be a good way to get a jump start on teaching Writing.

I love this book, I was not aware they had an entire writing book focused on Mentor Texts. This book would be a great guide for new teachers using Mentor Texts. It emphasizes the "your turn" model to get the students engaged in reading for writing.

On this site you will find what a Mentor Text is, top picks for mentor texts, suggestions for applying the texts to your writing and many more. It tells you how to classify your Mentor Texts for times when your focosuing on one single skill.
