To evaluate the safety and multi-dose pharmacokinetics and dose ranging of intravenous followed by enteral myo-inositol (inositol) given at three dosage levels in extremely preterm neonates.

Proposed study is designed to evaluate patients at particular risk for preterm delivery; those with advanced cervical exam. In this randomized prospective controlled study, we intend to examine the influence of adjunctive antibiotic use in preterm labor complicated by a cervical exam of 4 cm or greater. Comparison will be made between a study group receiving broad-spectrum antibiotics with a control group that will not receive antibiotics for pregnancy prolongation

Research Study for Children to Test Balance. Researchers at the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences are conducting a research study to investigate the reliability of a test of balance for typically developing children and children with cerebral palsy

Dr. Christine Houlihan of the University of Virginia is conducting a clinical study to look at how childrens bones grow and mature when they have Cerebral Palsy. This information will be compared to growth in children that do not have Cerebral Palsy
