Video clips are sorted by level (primary or secondary) and subject, and include Chinese and some European languages, as well as science, maths, biology, etc. Clips can are all very short and can be sorted additionally by topics. Could be useful for content-based learning as well as language study.

An intriguing game for online players that demonstrates how evolution works out in a population of "critters" when various factors, such as food and environment, undergo changes. Great as a science project.

The PBS site is free and has wonderful video and interactive activities for young and very young learners, that allow them to investigate the relationship between science and other aspects of real life. Very high quality and suggestive discussion questions, even if you don't use all the materials. Includes daily news stories and technology tips.

Interactive games and challenges, including climate, birdsong, and mammal adaptations. Great supplement to content-based learning.

Another site where teachers have posted videos of teaching. Very useful for flipped classrooms, though the focus is on maths and sciences.

Webcams from around the world are the basis for participatory collection of data about the zoo-universe, as well as astronomy, climate, and genes. Have your students join one of the on-going projects.
