Manila, Philippines: while the Filipino BPO industry is growing rapidly to fill in more people and make up for joblessness in the country, the industry has not been able to fetch up many of skilled labors. To ease the situation out, the government of the Philippines is going to fund the industry so that skilled labor can be produced.

Today, job hunting can be a fairly difficult task. In order to know why, one needs to know the situation out there and find out the statistical records of today's era. It is known to all that since the global economic crises struck the world in 2007, things have never been very good. Bureau of Labor Statistics has recently found out in a research that at present, around 14 million people in the world are jobless and this number is twice as much as it was back in the December of 2007 when the crises had begun. Even though the number of jobless people has fallen to 9%, it still remains high compared to historical records.

Considering the third party outsourcing companies, engineers, skilled labor and courses, a survey was conducted to find the popularity of programming languages. While according to one survey, C languages remained the most popular form of coding, numerous circles came to oppose it.
