Hypothesis:
When someone's artery walls start to get thicker, not enough blood would be able to flow through artery and it blocks the circulation of blood.
1. Why do you not want water to leak out the holes? How might that change your experiment?
If the water leaks out of the holes, it literally means the water is going out of the artery and flows around in an irregular directions or ways. It ruins the circulation of water, which it ruins the whole project
2. Do you think straws will have the same or different flow rates? Why?
It will have different flow rates because the material of straw is different to the artery and its parts are totally different, which it possibly affects the flow rates either.

Arteries - Large Blood Vessel that carries blood from heart to your body.This contains oxygen and nutrients. As the blood flows away from heart, the arteries branches.
Capillaries - Smallest branches are called capillaries. This is where oxygen is transferred to your tissues. It exchanges wastes from cells are transferred into the blood. The capillaries began to merge together and eventually forms larger vessel.
Veins - The large vessel that are formed from capillaries are called veins. It leads back to the heart. As the deoxygenated blood came in and out of the arteries, it picks up the oxygen and nutrients.
Similarities:
1. They are all blood vessels.
2. They are all able to contract and expand soft and fast.
3. They do not get tired of expanding and contracting, like how muscles get tired of doing it.
4. They are all linked to the heart.
Differences:
Arteries:
It has high pressure and no valves.
Mainly carries oxygenated blood.
It carries blood away from heart.
Capillaries:
Smallest blood vessel
It carries oxygen to the tissues.
Veins:
It carries blood into the heart
It has lower pressure
It has valves

What are some ways how you record your observations, while doing a lab? Why is it important to be careful while you record your observations?
During the lab experiments, you can observe by using your 5 senses, which are seeing, hearing, touching, smelling and tasting. There are many ways to record the observations. You can make a video, presentation (powerpoint or keynote), data tables, etc. However, if you don't take/record evidences or information from the experiments, your conclusion will get ruined, which means whole lab will be ruined. So you should record all the observations so that you won't get lost and find the results accurately

Analysis is a detailed and organized examination of experiment or structure of something. Conclusion is a end or finish of something that is expressed in few sentences. For great conclusion, you need to write some detailed data or information and concisely write the results of experiments. The reason why we need to write an analysis is to organize and build up the experiments easily and simply. You need to analyze the works after you have collected all the data. For great analysis, you need to insert all necessary data and neatly put labels or organizations to the information.

Heart rate is the rate at which the heart beats. Heart rate is any beats in your body and pulse rate is the strong contractions and beatings of certain place that you can actually feel outside of the body like ankle/wrist. For heart rate, doctors use stethoscope to measure the heart rate, and for pulse rate, you can feel it on your wrist/ankle. Heart rate is deeply related to the health of body organizations. If your heart rate is fast and irregular, you can get in a serious problem, where you feel like your heart is burning and can't breathe properly. If the pulse rate is fast or irregular, it means your heart has some problems.
