Increase the speed to medium and beat 2 minutes, scraping bowl. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until about 10 minutes smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turn once and cover. Let rise until doubled, about an hour. Punch down, divide into two balls. Place a ball on a lightly floured surface and roll dough into 13-inch circle surface. Place on a pizza pan lightly oiled 12 inch. Repeat with remaining dough. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
