The polls -- from CNN/ORC, Monmouth University, NBC News and the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post and ABC News, were all conducted after last week's Democratic debate hosted by CNN and Facebook. Here's a look what the polls say about the state of the race: Three of the polls asked about Democrats' performance in their first debate, held October 13 in Las Vegas.

In other words, some influential Senate Democrats want Obama to choose a nominee who Republicans would ordinarily support but are only opposing now because it's an election year. This, they believe, would allow them to paint the GOP as intransigent and well outside of the mainstream, undermining the Senate GOP's election-year argument that they are committed to governing in a bipartisan manner.

This is what was happening before Nixon got impeached. Nixon fired a bunch of staff that was researching a scandel. Here it is staff researching ties with russia. This I would say is not okay.

Not only what the title says, but the exodus of moderates also did another thing; lose the incumbents money. Not because they're all scary socialists, no no. The leaving democrats quite literally took all of the local party's money with them through what I would describe as "How is that *not* illegal?!" methods.

This new bill is making it easier to cause voter suppression. Making it harder to request an absentee ballot and decreasing the number of ballot boxes will make it harder for people to vote, on top of waiting in a long line in the hot Georgian sun.

I've looked into this bill a lot and at this point, it is Republican Lawmakers trying to get the more densely populated areas of Georiga to not be able to vote as easily. Typically the more heavily populated areas of any state are typically Democratic. So to me and many others, it's pretty easy to see they are trying to suppress Democrat Votes to make it so a Democrat will never win Georiga again.

I dont understand how this is a crime as it's just helping people while they wait, and without food or water it could make people not want to vote.

I don't know, Trump honestly should stay quiet and let the legal hearings proceed. I feel like there was corruption in this election with all the evidence of dead voters and people from other states voting where they're not registered, but I might be biased because I'm a republican. I don't really trust any major news source that "fact checks" because they're kinda biased, leaning towards democrats. So I try and trust local news, places that aren't really corrupt or biased.

Bernie Sanders should most definitely be the lead candidate for the democratic party, he views protect women, POC, LGBTQ, and many others. Clinton has too much baggage in politics in my opinion. Although I agree there should be a woman in the White House, Clinton is not the one, but Bernie shares the same views and also doesnt have the baggage.

As the party works to retake control of the Senate in 2016, Democrats are looking at a Senate landscape that could feature titanic intraparty clashes starring big personalities who have been waiting years for a shot at the big time.

Both candidates engaged with the audience and were at their best when getting away from the talking points so familiar to many by this time. Then again, each were faced with questions that demonstrated their weaknesses either in winning a Democratic primary or in November.

Sanders is a self-described democratic socialist, who's not letting up against Clinton. Clinton has tried to move left to counter Sanders's strength on some issues, with mixed success. The turf on which the two are fighting now is much further from the center than it once was: Democrats are seven percentage points more likely to identify as liberal than they were in 2007, before the last contested primary.
