Have you ever heard the saying "Life's not fair get used to it"? This is a saying I grew up hearing, when I thought I should have as much as my brothers, or when I didn't get enough Christmas presents, etc. I remember crying and whining, "That's not fair!" to quickly be told by any adult figure in my life that Life isn't fair so I better get used to it. I also experience this in college when I wish I didn't have to work to pay for tuition while others don't. I have to remind myself that not everyone has the same experiences or advantages and everyone has their own life.

If you look under the explore tab, below collaborate, it says students will be in groups of four so that the six cameras will be assigned to a group. For this reason we thought the number of pictures should be high so that each student can contribute in taking pictures. Also, for a stop animation you need a large amount of pictures because the pictures change only a little bit from picture to picture. The number needs to large to create a long enough video.

About YouTube, would it be okay if the youtube site is made private and the password is only given to your class, yourself, and the three of us. If that is not okay maybe we could make a code of sorts where each student has a number that corresponds to them so their identities are not on YouTube but just a number so that you know what video is which students.

    Thank you for the feedback!

I think what you have done so far looks really good!
Visually it is very appealing although listing things more clearly like with bullet points or stars may be helpful.

The webquest very much facilitates critical and creative thinking. By asking students to pick a theme in which they will place artwork within. IT allows them to analyze art and think about what messages the artwork is sending to the viewer. I especially like the students creating a piece of artwork that will fit into their themed exhibition. By asking students to critique each others work you are establishing discussion about why they have chosen what they have.

I know you mentioned in class what your rubric would be like and it sounds great. Looking forward to seeing it.

A blog is a great way to use web2.0 technology, but it needs to be accessible to everyone

I think the whole project is a great concept to help students better understand analyzing art. good job! keep goinnng.

The visual design is very well done, it flows together well. The text is visually readable and there doesn't seem to be to much text. There are a couple places in the webquest where you should check grammar and sentence structure like in the Activity page. This may be a little young for an grade 7 classroom, yet at the same time you bring in an aspect of social class that makes it age appropriate. I think your task and process do facilitate critical thinking because of the social class issues you presented like not being able to write if you had a low job. I think you could profit from including an evaluation page with a rubric for students to see. This being a webquest that is not based on being online but by talking to each other about their stories. Good job! just check for spelling errors, grammar, and make sure you don't have things missing like a rubric.
