Subway uses famous athletes to try and persuade you to come and get their food. They also use words like "Turkeytopia" or "Turkey Heaven" to make you think that they are the best!

It also has situated ethos by using well known athletes speaking for Subway.

This make up commercial uses situated ethos by having Carrie Underwood presenting their product. It also applies to pathos by saying "it use to take me forever", "intense eye color" and "simpler" showing the audience that a smokey eye isn't as hard or time consuming to apply as it use to be.

This is very funny and also very truthful reworking of Coldplay's hit song "Viva La Vida" with new lyrics. It mainly focuses on why finding research on the web is not as useful as using libraries.

This is real silly, but it did help me understand the concept of information literacy better.

I'll definitely be using this as a source for my paper on the pro-anorexia subculture, and since it's a relevant topic in social media these days, you should take a look too!

For my segment four project, I am creating a powerpoint presentation. This presentation is intended for me being the teacher and the audience being high school students, as I am educating them about the Amish lifestyle. This source is more specific for teachers and talks about what students like or dislike about teacher's powerpoints. Although directed to teachers, it would be helpful to anyone making a powerpoint.
