I do have a word doc with the screen shots in it. I don't think it's just my school computer as several others have reported it, and it seems to just happen around the school. It's happened with both versions of the toolbar, and most just grumble, groan, and restart Explorer

The error received is "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with add-on and needs to close" . The next screen shot gives an error signature, but.. well.. I"m not THAT smart as to what it reads :P
