I too am experiencing the same issue that 'kallison' describes.
I get the full range of features appear on the toolbar after downloading, but when IE7 reboots all I end up with is the Diigo dropdown button on the toolbar. No right click features appear.
The program works well after initial downloading toolbars, but if you open a second browser window or clsoe and reopen IE7, there is nothing except the dropdown box mentioned.
I too have IE7 & Vista on a Sony Vaio: VGN-FE28GP.
