I'm running diigo at two locations. At both locations I clicked on the "install toolbar" to install the toolbar. At one location, I can see the toolbar just fine. At home, however, I cannot see the toolbar. When I click "install toolbar" again, nothing happens.
I am running Firefox. If I click on "install Internet Explorer toolbar" it begins to install (I have stopped the installation since I don't want to use Explorer.)
Can anyone give me advice on this? I have logged out and logged back in.
I tried using the Digolet, but it's not letting me access my private groups.
Thanks Joel. You're right. Popups were blocked. But it wasn't showing up until I right-clicked above the install bar again. I couldn't figure out how to display it!
BTW, I just set a client up with you guys instead of Cogenz (!) because they loved the highlighting function! We're having some trouble with forwarding, emails though (I'll post on that later.) I like your product a lot. Good luck! cat
