Allow a Domain Level Annotation/Comment/Note so I can have a single message for an entire site.

The Private as default should be applied to annotations as well as bookmarks and highlights.

Using FF 3, Diigo Sidebar, This URL/Annotations, Page Comments, Add Comment.
Diggo 3.1.6.5
