When I go to all the bookmarks with tag "s8000" http://www.diigo.com/user/alexs77/s8000, I see the bookmark just fine. And on the left hand side, Diigo displays "related" tags, eg. "samsung". When I click on the "+" in front of "samsung", I should see all bookmarks with "samsung" *AND* "s8000"; I'm then on http://www.diigo.com/user/alexs77/s8000+samsung
But the system then doesn't find ANY bookmarks at all! "no items tagged s8000+samsung" is what it says.
I've noticed, that I cannot delete certain tags completely.
- I've got the tag "is:imported" -> http://www.diigo.com/user/alexs77/is%253Aimported - Now I tried to delete it by going to http://www.diigo.com/cloud/alexs77?alpha=is&sort=1 and clicking on "Delete". - The tag was assigned to 3337 bookmarks. After clicking on "Delete" for the first time, it was only removed from 1000 bookmarks, but the system said "Tag is:imported has been deleted". - Clicking on Delete a 2nd time removed another 500 or so items; 3rd time around ~1500 were gone and 4th time it was deleted completely.
If the system says "Tag is:imported has been deleted" then I expect this to be true statement; ie. it has to mean that the tag is gone. That's not the case. I do understand, that there might be "system requirements" which prohibit that such a large number of changes is done "at once" - if that's the case, then the system must say so.
I've got the tags Oracle10g http://www.diigo.com/user/alexs77/Oracle10g and 10g http://www.diigo.com/user/alexs77/10g. Now I'd like to merge them. So I went to http://www.diigo.com/cloud/alexs77?alpha=o&sort=1 and clicked on "Edit" of the Oracle10g entry and renamed it to 10g. System then said "Tag Oracle10g changed to 10g".
BUT: As you can see on http://www.diigo.com/cloud/alexs77?alpha=o&sort=1 or also on the bookmark at http://goo.gl/woT5x, the Oracle10g tag still exists.
Is this a known issue?
Thanks
Alexander
