I have version 3.0.9 which was recently installed and it seems that the toolbar stopped opening coincident with the new version. It worked properly with version 3.0.8, third party cookies allowed and windows XP. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Diigo Toolbar 3.1.6.13 is not amongst the add-ons that are reported as incompatible immediately following an update from Firefox 3.0.8 to 3.0.9 on Mac OS X.

Screen shot of my own case at http://www.wuala.com/grahamperrin/Documents/diigo-public/44449-001.png - only one incompatibility (Weave, which is targeted at a superior version of Firefox).

Diigo Toolbar continues to work for me, no problem.

Consider the possibility of some other product causing a problem …

In Firefox: review your saved passwords. Delete any entries relating to Diigo, be prepared to re-enter the known good password.

Long shot: it may be that a saved password issue prevents sign in in the usual way.

Another long shot: try removing cookies relating to Diigo. Recreation may help.

I noted that other logins were also not remembered so I followed the advice in this link and it worked to keep the toolbar opened: http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=en-US&forumId=1&comments_parentId=269882

Thanks for the explanation. Good to know that it's not an issue with Diigo.
