I upgraded the toolbar from the Web Highlighter and Sticky Notes 0.5.2007021 to the new 3.1.3 and now the save elsewhere is not working. No error message, just not saving, even after going to the special page (new, there were click buttons directly in the options before) and setting up my accounts on Del.icio.us, Ma.gnolia, and Simpy. Why is this not working? I uninstalled the old toolbar before installing the new one!

I have the same problem. trying to save to delicious too and nothing happens. Is there a way to go back to the old toolbar until this is fixed?

It seemed that simpy block save to eslewhere feature traffic from Diigo server.
As I checked your del.icio .us and ma.gnolia.com account, your bookmarks in Diigo are also in these 2 services.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

    Hi Prague and Stephan,
All your unsuccessful "save to eslewhere" data is recorded in the server. We will look into it and find out why it fails to send to those services. After we find out the problem, previously bookmarked pages can be saved to del.icio.us etc.

As far as I can tell, the last two I saved on diigo do NOT appear on delicious. How fast should they appear?

I will have to stop using Diigo entirely until I can use either the old or new toolbar to save to multiple sites without a lot of extra effort, I installed the new toolbar because it suggests tags tthe way delicious does, this is a nice feature but I've been living without it, however I cannot stand it when I am continuously logged out while trying to save, this is too much (this happens now with the old toolbar every time) and the new toolbar simply does NOT save to any of the external sites., what you saw me save was with the old toolbar, however the old toolbar no longer saves to Diigo! It gives a nasty failure message and claims the URL will be resubmitted but then this is obviously NOT working either. You have some serious problems to solve here, hopefully quickly, and can you please send me an e0mail when its all working again (either the old or the new) right now I can;t use either... Thanks.

This feature stops to work. We are looking into it. However, bookmarks you want to submit to other services are recorded. Once this feature works, they will be submitted to other services.

Stephan, All your recent bookmarks were sent to del.icio.us, please check it.

I tried again this morning using the old toolbar, it shows the following behavior:

    1) When I save the "submitted" message appears in FIrefox
t2( he Diigo login replaces the site I was trying to save in that tab in Firefox
    3) I login successfully with openid
    4) I use the back button a couple of times to recover the page I want to save
    5) I save again, this time the message is "submitted" followed by "fail, will resubmit"
    6) I check the other sites elsewhere and the link is saved
    7) The link never appears on Diigo, is it still on your server, this is what you need to fix

BTW I have in the old toolbar options clickef Simpy, Magnolia, and Delicious, and on the Diigo site in Tools I do not have any of these filled in with account name and password, but the saves are happening with the old toolbar exactly as I described, and there is no "mizture" or coexistence of the old and new toolbars in my Firefox, only the old toolbar. 05.2007021000

Some good work to solve the problems was obviously done on your side since my last post, because this morning (I'm UTC +1) the save elsewhere is working with the new 3.1.3 toolbar and there is no longer a problem with the address bar in Firefox. So I consider this issue SOLVEDCLOSED unless some further, related trouble appears. Thanks to you and all your team. I just Twittered my pleasure to thw world! :-)

    That's very outdated. Please update.

If you have problems with the most recent toolbar, please post to a separate topic.
