  With the API http://www.diigo.com/tools/api
  it might be possible for someone to script something for deletion of a bookmark corresponding to the current URL.
  
  It might be better to tag the bookmark suitably, for example
  trash
  then you can periodically visit http://www.diigo.com/search?adSScope=my&what=tag%3Atrash and delete those items.
