Thank you. Now that I've discovered that I made some things public, I don't see how to either delete them or make them private. I know that I can do either to a bookmark, but I don't see it for messages. Can you help?
For bookmarks, you can easily change them to private by going to "My Bookmarks" > select ones you wish to change (use the check box in front) > use "More Actions" pull down > convert to private.
For messages, go to "Messages" in the navigation >> click "Sent" tab >> for each msg that you wish to convert to private, simply click the "lock" icon on the upper left hand corner to lock, ie. make it private.
Yes, it seems like you have to do this for each message, one at a time.

Diigo remembers your last setting. You can also go to toolbar >> options to make your default private as well. Choice is all yours :-)
