I am sorry that I write to the forum, but I could find only this for help. I love Diigo and I want to share my bookmarks with friend, but I have some problem with it.
1) I sent invitation to my friends, but they cannot join to my group. They can only, when I made full publick the group. When I make "only invitation join" then they cannot join. I sent the invitation from the group. What can be the problem?
2) I want to start a forum for my group. But when want to create it, I got the following message every time: Sorry. We are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. I try it 10 times in every day, but the message is the same every time.
2) Did you mean when you tried to enable the forum, you got the message "Sorry. We are experiencing temporary difficulties" ? I tried it in a private group, it worked fine.
To help you solve the problem, I need your account to login diigo and see what happened ( I know your username, but didn't know your password). So, could you change your password to a temp one and send it to joel 【at】 diigo dot com ? And please also tell us the group name you encountered the problems.
