    Whilst troubleshooting http://groups.diigo.com/Diigo_HQ/forum/topic/new-bookmarklet-not-working-with-the-new-york-times-4368 and taking the (Safari) option to disable styles, at the foot of a style-less page I observed a Diigo annotation and thought "Ah! I'll come back to that when I have finished troubleshooting.".

    Expecting to find readership at the Diigo About page for the URL, I found no readers. I assume that whilst viewing the URL in style-less mode, some variant of the URL (for the same page) was presented. I'll return to this topic in a while…
